Absolutely, you can! While indestructible creatures in Magic The Gathering can't be destroyed by damage or effects that say "destroy," they can still be taken out. Exile them with spells like Path to Exile, reduce their toughness to 0 with something like Toxic Deluge, or use a card that forces a player to sacrifice a creature. So, indestructible doesn't mean unbeatable!
Totally can. I've seen indestructible creatures get wrecked by making their toughness hit zero. Pretty satisfying when you pull it off in a game.
