Nope. Apex doesn't do cross-progression between PC and consoles. You can play together, but your skins and progress? Locked where you earned 'em.
Been there, done that! Just connected my PS4 account to my PC using my EA account details. It's more about having everything under one EA umbrella rather than full cross-progression. Don't expect to see your console skins on PC though.
