Actually, no. You can't link or transfer GTA 5 progress from Xbox to PS4. Each console version of the game operates independently, which means no sharing progress, money, or items between them.

Nope, sorry to break it to you but GTA 5 progress can't be transferred between Xbox and PS4. Each platform is its own little island, so you'll have to start fresh if you're jumping ship.
