Absolutely, you can totally make a deck from just one set in MTG Arena! It's actually a really fun challenge that can get your creative juices flowing. The key is to focus on the synergies within the set. Each set is designed with its own themes and mechanics, so if you pay attention to those, you can build something competitive for casual play or even more serious matches.

Can you? Yes. Should you? Depends. If you love the theme of a single set or you're playing a limited event, go for it. Just know you're playing with a handicap in any wider format.

Nope, don't do it. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. You're limiting your deck's potential big time.

Short answer: Yes, you can. Long answer: While it's possible and can be super fun, keep in mind that your deck might not be as strong as those that pull from multiple sets. Sets are built to stand alone but are also designed to work in the bigger ecosystem of Magic.

I made a deck from just the Zendikar Rising set for an Arena challenge and it did pretty well. It's all about finding the right combo within the set. Plus, it teaches you a lot about deck building and strategy!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
