Nope, you can't change your character's weight in GTA 5, unlike in San Andreas where you could bulk up or slim down. Your character's physique stays the same no matter how many burgers you devour.

Sadly, no. Would've been hilarious to see a chunky character running around doing heists, but GTA 5 doesn't let you alter body weight. Missed opportunity if you ask me!

Hard no. Your GTA 5 character is stuck with their model's default body type. No gym or fast food will change that.
