Yep, you can totally get hitched to Curie in Fallout 4. Just make sure you max out her affinity towards you by doing things that she approves of. Once you've done that, pop the question with a shiny new ring. Just remember, she starts off as a robot, but after a certain quest, she'll turn into a synth with a more human form. Makes the whole marriage thing a bit less awkward.
Actually, I romanced Curie on my last playthrough. Felt pretty awesome having such a unique character as a companion. It's more about the emotional bond than anything. Just keep doing things that impress her and eventually, you'll get to that max affinity. No wedding, but the companionship feels just as good.
