Actually, I tried super hard to find a way to get married in Fallout 4, thinking maybe there's a secret quest or something. Spoiler: There isn't. But hey, the companionship and the questlines for the companions kinda make up for it. Plus, building stuff and exploring the wasteland keeps you so busy, you barely miss it.
Short answer: No weddings in Fallout 4. You can't put a ring on it.
