Absolutely! In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, once you get the Resident Services building upgraded from a tent to a building, you can talk to Tom Nook about infrastructure. You'll have the option to move houses – yours, your villagers', and even some of the other buildings. It's not free, though. Each move costs Bells, so make sure your wallet's ready for the hit!
For sure, you can move houses in ACNH. I rearranged my whole island. Took a lot of Bells and planning, but totally worth it for that perfect layout. Make sure to plot it out first; it's a pain if you have to move something twice.
