Yup, you absolutely can move your arcade in GTA 5, but it's gonna cost ya. Just head over to the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game and buy a new one in the location you prefer. The game will offer you a partial trade-in refund for your old arcade, but remember, you'll lose progress and have to redecorate from scratch!
Oh yeah, I moved my arcade closer to my other businesses. Best decision ever. It streamlined my operations and made grinding heists way easier.
