Nope, you can't move rooms in Fallout Shelter. Once you've placed a room, it's there to stay unless you decide to destroy it. If you want to rearrange your vault, you'll need to delete and rebuild rooms, so think carefully about where you put them!
Nah, moving rooms isn't an option. Learned that the hard way after trying to optimize my layout. Ended up spending a bunch of caps to destroy and rebuild. A bit frustrating, but it adds to the challenge of the game, I guess.
