Yeah, you can! Just use the propulsion cannon or Prawn Suit's drill arm to move debris. It's all about the right tools.

You can still dig in Subnautica, but the mechanics are a bit different now. Use your tools wisely and happy digging!

Actually, I just played last night and the digging is still a thing, you just need to use tools like the drill arm on the Prawn Suit. Dig away!
