Unfortunately, a PS5 controller won't work with a PS4. The technology just isn't backward compatible in this case.

I tried it myself, and no luck! Had to stick with my trusty PS4 controller for my old games.

Nope, you can't directly pair a PS5 controller to a PS4. But, you can use the PS Remote Play app on a PC or mobile device as a workaround!
