Nope, Roblox doesn't let you transfer robux directly. Gifting them a card works, though.
Here's a workaround: Create a game or an item and have your friend purchase it. That's how I help my friends.
Sadly, you can't just send robux like you would cash. Try gifting a game pass instead!
