Nope, you can't plant flowers you've picked in Animal Crossing. Once you pluck'em, they're for decorating or selling. If you wanna grow more flowers, you've gotta plant the buds or seeds you buy or find around your island.
Lol, imagine if you could just pick flowers and replant them. Everyone's island would be a flower chaos. Sadly, no. You have to get seeds or whole plants to make your garden grow.
