Sure can! Just remember, it's not a Wii U game, it's a Wii game. So, you won't get to use Wii U features or the GamePad controller's screen for playing. It's old school, but still super fun.

Honestly, why bother? Just get Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Switch. It's way better and has way more stuff to do.

Yep, you totally can! You can play Animal Crossing: City Folk on your Wii U, but you gotta do it through the system's Wii Mode. Just pop the game disc into your Wii U, switch to Wii Mode, and you're good to dive back into that cozy animal-filled world. It's like a time machine back to your old virtual village!

Absolutely! I did this last weekend. Dusted off my Wii U, found my old City Folk disc, and it worked perfectly. It was a blast from the past, and everything ran smoothly. Made me nostalgic!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
