Actually, while you technically can't buy or play Animal Crossing directly on a PC, some folks use emulators to run the game. But keep in mind, it's not officially supported by Nintendo and can be a bit of a gray area legally.

Animal Crossing is strictly a Nintendo gem, my friend. No PC version exists, so if you're dreaming of island life, you're gonna need a Switch.
