Nope, you can't play the latest Animal Crossing: New Horizons on a DS Lite since it's a title specifically for the Nintendo Switch. However, you can play earlier versions like Animal Crossing: Wild World, which is totally compatible with the DS Lite.

DS Lite isn't compatible with New Horizons, but Wild World is your go-to for that Animal Crossing fix on the DS Lite.

Unfortunately, the DS Lite can't run Animal Crossing: New Horizons as it's exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. But on the bright side, you can enjoy Animal Crossing: Wild World, which is just as charming and engaging on your DS Lite!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a no-go on the DS Lite. Only older titles like Wild World.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
