Nope, you can’t play Animal Crossing on the Steam Deck directly since it's a Nintendo exclusive title. But, if you're crafty, you might find ways to stream it from a device that can play it, though that's stretching the bounds a bit!

Sadly, you can't. Animal Crossing remains a gem in Nintendo's crown and hasn't been ported to PC platforms, including the Steam Deck. But hey, there are tons of other amazing games on Steam to explore!

Animal Crossing is a no-go on the Steam Deck, folks. It belongs to Nintendo and hasn't made the leap to PC gaming.

No. Animal Crossing and Steam Deck don’t mix. It’s exclusive to Nintendo’s ecosystem. Time to look for alternatives!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
