Mostly, yes! The Steam Deck runs on a Linux-based system, using Proton to play Windows games. While a vast majority of games work just fine, some titles, especially those with heavy DRM or anti-cheat measures, might not play nice with it right out of the box. Always check the Steam Deck Compatibility page for the game you're interested in.

Absolutely! Been playing my entire Steam library on the Deck without a hitch. From indies to some bigger titles, all smooth sailing. Just make sure to check for any specific compatibility issues for the very few exceptions.

Nah, not really. It's hit or miss with games that have heavy DRM or aggressive anti-cheat systems. Don't expect a flawless experience with every single title out there.

If the game's on Steam and doesn't rely heavily on anti-cheat or DRM that's picky with Linux, you're golden. The Steam Deck is pretty versatile, making most of the Steam library accessible on the go.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
