Short answer: No. Apex Legends isn't a VR game, so you can't play it natively on the Oculus Quest.
Tried it with a streaming setup from my PC to the Oculus Quest. It kinda works, but it's super clunky and not an official solution. Apex Legends isn't designed for VR, so even if you manage to get it running, it won't be the experience you're probably looking for.
