Nope, Cyrax is not a playable character in Mortal Kombat 11. But, he's in the story mode and you can fight him there.

Unfortunately, you can't play as Cyrax in Mortal Kombat 11. He appears in the story mode, but that鈥檚 about it.

Trust me, I checked everywhere - Cyrax is sadly not a playable character in MK11. He's only in the cutscenes and fights in the story.
