Nope, custom zombies are only available on the PC version of Black Ops 3. Xbox One doesn't support user-generated mods.

Unfortunately, Xbox One can't handle BO3 custom zombies. You'll need a gaming PC for that sweet custom zombie action!

I tried for hours, but you can't get custom zombies on Xbox One. Had to switch to PC for my fix!
