Yeah, you can totally play solo in Apex Legends. You'll still be matched into a squad, but there's no rule saying you gotta stick with them. So, technically, you can go lone wolf, but it's a team-based game at heart. Maybe not the solo experience you're looking for, but you can definitely run off and do your own thing.

Apex Legends is all about that squad life, but if you're asking if you can drop into the game solo, the answer is kinda. There's no official solo mode most of the time, though they've had limited-time solo events. Normally, you'd be part of a trio. So, it's more about playing solo within a team setup.

Solo mode? Not really. Apex is a team game. You miss out on a lot by not playing with a squad.
