Unfortunately, you can't play custom zombies maps on the PS5. Those are mostly for the PC crowd. Stick to the official maps for that zombie-slaying action!

If you're looking for custom zombies, your best bet is a gaming PC. Consoles like PS5 don't have that capability yet.
