Yep! As long as the account that purchased the game is set as the primary account on the PS4/PS5, other accounts on the same console can play the game too.

You sure can! Just make sure the game-owning account has set the console as its primary one. Then you're good to go.

I do this all the time on my PS5. Just make the buying account the primary on the console, and everyone else can play the game!

Nope, each game is tied to the account that bought it. You can't share digital games between different PSN accounts.
