Nah, GTA 5 doesn't let you play 2 player offline. The closest thing you get is passing the controller back and forth, old school style. But, if you're looking for co-op or versus directly in the game, you're outta luck. GTA 5's multiplayer fun is all in GTA Online, where you definitely need an internet connection.
