Nope, GTA 5 doesn’t do the crossplay dance. PS5 and Xbox are like two different parties, and sadly, there's no bridge.

Hot take but - doesn't even matter. PS5 is where it's at for GTA 5. Better graphics and faster loading times. Who needs crossplay?

Nah, you can't play GTA 5 on PS5 with friends on Xbox. GTA 5 doesn't support cross-platform play, so PS5 players can't join up with Xbox peeps. It's like having a party but only half your friends got the invite.

Unfortunately, no. GTA 5 doesn’t support cross-platform play, so PS5 and Xbox gamers can't mingle. It's a bummer, I know.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
