Yep, you can totally dive into GTA 5 with a buddy, but only in the online mode. GTA Online lets you and your friends roam around the vast world of Los Santos together, pulling off heists, races, or just causing general chaos. So, if you're looking to partner up in the main story mode, sorry, that's a solo journey.

GTA V's story mode is a solo adventure, period. For multiplayer fun, GTA Online is where it's at. You and your pals can team up for missions, race, or just goof off in Los Santos. It's the only way to play GTA 5 with others.

Nope, GTA 5 story mode doesn't support 2 players. You gotta hop onto GTA Online for any multiplayer action. It's a whole different experience but totally worth it for the fun with friends.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
