Yes u can, but it’s kinda like eating soup with a fork. Great for the cars, not so much for running around.
I've been using my G29 for GTA 5, and it's a blast when driving! You have to tweak some settings, but once it's set up, it feels like you're actually in the game. Just remember to have your keyboard or controller handy for other parts of the game.
