Yep! For Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar made it possible for PS5 players to join and play with their buddies on PS4. It’s like having a party where everyone’s invited, no matter which version of the console you own. Just make sure you’re all set up for online play, and you’re good to go!

I’ve personally played GTA V across my PS4 and PS5 with friends. It’s seamlessly integrated, so yeah, you can totally play across console generations. Rockstar did a solid with that one!

Nope, you can’t. Each console version sticks to its own kind. PS5 plays with PS5, and PS4 with PS4. It’s like separate parties.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
