You can play some next-gen games on PS4, but not all. Developers sometimes release cross-gen titles, allowing PS4 users to enjoy new games, but with downgraded graphics compared to PS5.

Yep, a lot of next-gen games have PS4 versions too! You might miss out on some fancy graphics and features, but the gameplay's still awesome.

I鈥檝e played several next-gen games on my PS4. They work fine, but the load times and graphics aren鈥檛 as impressive as on the PS5.
