Nope, Pokémon games are exclusive to Nintendo's consoles and haven't been officially released on Steam or for the Steam Deck. But, the Steam Deck being a portable PC means you could use emulation to play Pokémon games, though this enters a legally gray area and isn't supported by Valve.
