Yes, you can! Some PS3 games natively support keyboard and mouse. For example, Unreal Tournament 3 lets you plug in and play. Otherwise, you might need an adapter like the XIM Apex to trick the PS3 into thinking your keyboard and mouse are a controller.

I used to game on my PS3 with a keyboard and mouse using an adapter. It鈥檚 a bit clunky but works for FPS games!

Not really, unless you use a third-party adapter. Most PS3 games are designed for controllers.
