Nope, PUBG PC and Xbox versions are separate. You'll need to stick to your platform, but the good news is both versions are awesome!

Sorry, you can't directly play PUBG PC with an Xbox console. But you can use an Xbox controller on the PC version. So you can dive in and still enjoy with a familiar feel!
