Nope, Ready or Not isn't available on Xbox One right now. It's a PC exclusive for now!
I've been waiting for it too! Sadly, Ready or Not is currently only on PC.
Unfortunately, you can't play Ready or Not on Xbox One. Hopefully, they port it to consoles in the future!
