Unfortunately, Sonic Mania doesn't have an online multiplayer mode on PS4, so you'll have to stick to local co-op to play with friends. Grab an extra controller and enjoy some couch co-op fun instead!

Nope, Sonic Mania won鈥檛 let you play online with friends on PS4. Local multiplayer is your best bet.

Yeah, I tried inviting my buddy online, but Sonic Mania on PS4 only supports local multiplayer. We just ended up racing side-by-side in real life!
