I've tried it with my sibling, but we needed two Switch consoles. Hopefully, they'll consider adding split-screen in future updates!

Nope, Splatoon 2 doesn't do split-screen, it's all about that online multiplayer or LAN play with separate switches.

Honestly, split-screen would be awesome, but unfortunately, it's not an available feature in Splatoon 2.

Splatoon 2 doesn't support split-screen play. It's a bummer, but you'll have to use separate Nintendo Switch consoles for multiplayer with friends. Happy inking!
