Technically, yes, you can play Star Citizen on the Steam Deck, but it's a bit of a workaround. Since Star Citizen isn't available directly on Steam, you'll need to install Windows onto your Steam Deck first. After that, download the Star Citizen launcher just like you would on any PC. It might not be the most straightforward process, but it's doable for those who really want to take their space adventure on the go!

Short answer: Yes, but it's not as simple as clicking 'download'. You gotta be willing to tinker a bit and install Windows on your Steam Deck. Then, treat it like a regular PC and install Star Citizen.

No way, don't bother. The Steam Deck is cool and all, but it's not cut out for something as demanding as Star Citizen. You're better off sticking to other games that are actually designed for the Steam Deck.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
