Totally, you can get Steam up and running on some Chromebooks! You gotta use the Linux (Beta) feature on your Chromebook to install Steam. It’s a bit techy but doable. Remember, not all Chromebooks will have the muscle to run the more demanding games, so check your specs before you dive in.

Nope. Save yourself the headache. Chromebooks aren't cut out for real gaming. Get a proper PC or laptop if you want to enjoy Steam properly.

Actually, yes, but it's more of a 'your mileage may vary' situation. Chromebooks are improving, but they're not really gaming rigs. You can use Steam through the Linux Beta, but expect to stick to less graphically intense games for a smooth experience.

Sure, you can, but why would you want to? It's like putting racing tires on a golf cart. Fun gimmick, but there are better ways to game.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
