Absolutely not, and it's a bummer! I tried setting up a session with my friend (me on PC, them on PS4) and it was a no-go. Stick to playing with others on the same device.

Nah, you can't play Terraria cross-platform between PS4 and PC. Terraria's multiplayer is awesome, but you gotta stick to the same platform to team up or compete.
