Actually, I tried using a keyboard and mouse with an adapter for Terraria on my PS4. It kinda worked but wasn't perfect. The game's not made for it, so expect some weirdness with controls.

Straight up, no. Terraria on PS4 = controller only. Might wanna stick to PC if keyboard and mouse is your jam.

Nah, you can't use keyboard and mouse directly for Terraria on PS4. The game's designed for controllers on consoles. But hey, there are some adapters out there that might help you bypass this, just know it might not be as smooth as you鈥檇 hope!
