Actually, it's easier than some make it sound. Just switch to desktop mode, grab Battle.net, and boom, you're in Azeroth. Done it myself, runs smoother than I expected.

Nah, you can't just boot up Steam and find World of Warcraft there. But, if you're willing to tinker a bit, setting up desktop mode on the Steam Deck lets you install other launchers, including Battle.net. That's how you get your WoW fix!

Yes and no. Directly from the Steam library? No. But, you can play it through the desktop mode by installing Battle.net. It's a workaround, but it's worth it for WoW fans.

Not directly, folks. WoW isn't available on the Steam platform, but you can use the Steam Deck's desktop mode to install Battle.net and play WoW that way. It's a bit of a workaround but totally doable!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
