Hot take: why would you want to? Part of the fun of Funko Pops is how they look! Messing with them could ruin their aesthetic or even lower their value if you're a collector. Just enjoy them as they are!
I've actually pulled the head off one of my Funko Pops before, it was pretty easy. It was an accident while I was trying to clean it, but it snapped right back on. Though, I wouldn't recommend doing this on purpose unless you're customizing or repairing it.
