You can't. Use the bio link.
Nope, Instagram doesn't let you put clickable links in post captions. You can, however, add a link in your bio or use the 'Swipe Up' feature in Stories if you have over 10k followers or are verified!
As someone who runs a small business on Instagram, I always put the link in the bio and mention 'link in bio' in my posts. Works pretty well!
