Sure, you can dunk your Hot Wheels in water, but don't leave them there for a long soak. Water can get inside and rust the metal parts over time, plus the stickers or decals might peel off. Quick dips in the bath? Go for it. Turning them into submarine explorers for weeks? Maybe not the best idea.

Yeah, dropping Hot Wheels in water won't cause an immediate meltdown or anything, but it's not great for them long-term. If it's just a splash and quick dry, cool. But if you're thinking of using them as bath toys on the reg, maybe get some actual waterproof toys instead.

Hot take: Water won't kill your Hot Wheels instantly, but why risk the cool paint job and metal parts? Play it safe, keep 'em dry!
