Yup, you can get a refund for pre-orders on PS5! Just go to the PlayStation Store website, log in, and find the 'Request a Refund' option. They'll process it if the game hasn't been released yet and you haven’t started downloading it.

Nope, once the game’s released or you’ve downloaded it, no refunds!

Yeah, but there’s a catch! You can only refund a pre-order on PS5 if the game's still in the pre-release phase and you haven’t started downloading or streaming it. Just reach out to customer support.

I did it last month for a game I changed my mind about. Just went to the PlayStation Support page, filled out a refund request, and they handled it quickly. Make sure the game isn’t downloaded or released yet though!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
