Unfortunately, you can't directly refund the money in your PSN wallet. However, you can request refunds for games and other content you've bought within 14 days if you haven't started downloading or streaming them.

Nope, once funds are added to your PSN wallet, they're there for good. Spend them or lose them!

I tried to get a refund on the PSN wallet funds once, but Sony doesn't allow it. Your best bet is to use the money on something else.
