Yep, you can totally refund Steam DLC! But there's a catch - you gotta do it within 14 days of purchase AND have less than 2 hours of playtime on the DLC. So, if you impulse bought that extra character or level pack and immediately regretted it, Steam's got your back, but make sure you don't over-test it!

Absolutely, but remember, Steam's refund policy for DLC is pretty strict. You've got 14 days from the purchase date with less than 2 hours of playtime. So, if you played the DLC for over 2 hours, you're out of luck.
