Unfortunately, you can't refund V-Bucks themselves, but you can refund items purchased with V-Bucks using your limited refund tokens. You get three lifetime refund tokens, so use them wisely!

Nope, once you buy V-Bucks, they're yours forever. Use those refund tokens for any regrettable purchases instead.
