Yep, you can get a refund on PSN, but it's got to be within 14 days of purchase and you shouldn't have downloaded or streamed the content yet!

Just make sure to request your refund within 14 days and don't download the game. Otherwise, no dice!

I got a refund once when I bought the wrong game. Contacted support, no problem as long as it's within 14 days and I hadn't downloaded it.
